IP Share — a share of intellectual property
This is not a stock, a token or a cryptocurrency. Rights are recorded by an independent registrar.
An IP Shares holder receives:
- a record of ownership in the registry;
- the corresponding share of Atlas intellectual property;
- the right to take part in royalty distribution under the terms of the project.

A share in the platform's results
Under the project model, 20% of the platform's net profit is distributed among IP Shares holders in proportion to the number of shares held.
The financial model forecast is not a guarantee of income or of any particular outcome.
Why the terms depend on when you join
At later stages the price per share rises, so the same amount buys fewer IP Shares.

The platform becomes the entry point to the deal.

- regulatory risks in real estate, digital services and intellectual property;
- the risk that the targets set in the financial model are not met;

- limited ability to transfer or sell IP Shares.
During the preparatory stage of the project, the platform was worked through and the related documents were agreed. This reduces certain regulatory risks but does not eliminate them entirely.
