IP Shares are shares in Atlas intellectual property
By purchasing an IP Shares package, you receive a specific number of these shares and the related rights in accordance with the project terms.
How does it work?
You purchase an IP Shares package
Each package has its own price and includes a specific number of IP Shares. For example: Plus — $1,000 → 1,400 IP Shares.
Your IP Shares are recorded in the official register
When your purchase is processed, your number of IP Shares and the related rights are recorded in the Keystra Ltd. register. This creates an official record of the IP Shares belonging to you.
IP Shares provide the right to participate in the royalty mechanism
Atlas commercially uses its intellectual property in operating the platform. If the project generates profit, part of that profit may be distributed among IP Shares holders under the current model.
Royalties are not guaranteed payments. Their amount depends on the project’s actual results.

The buyback price of $5.00 per IP Share is a model reference price used solely to calculate the potential of the mechanism in the financial model. Buyback is not an obligation of Atlas Overseas FZE. The Seller does not guarantee the availability, timing or price of a buyback. Actual terms and the possibility of a buyback depend entirely on project results and the Seller’s financial condition and may be changed, suspended or cancelled at any time.
Any references to an exchange channel and security tokens are preliminary only. Such a channel requires all necessary regulatory approvals (including VARA approval) and is currently at the planning stage. No assurance is given that such approvals will be obtained.
